Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery is typically completed within the couriers timeframe. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

This may vary depending on availability, delivery location, weight, and courier.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping options:

 Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. Most deliveries are couriered using Royal Mail’s 48-hour service .

Order Tracking: 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. 

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping and only ship within the UK.

Damaged, Lost or Delayed Deliveries:

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.  If your order is lost or delayed, please contact us: Tel: 07908 103994 or Email: dawntoduskphotographykent@gmail.com we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

If your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours, failure to do so may result in the item not being replaced.  If there is any damage to the box at all, please sign for ‘as damaged’ or do not accept the delivery.

Returns & Refunds:

If a delivery is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, additional charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

​We want you to be happy with your purchase.  However, if you change your mind you can return your item to us within 30 days of receiving it

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
